Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006 - 28/2/2007

An 80 page guidance note has now been issued on the regulation in the UK and can be downloaded here.  This clarifies the scope of the regulation and obligations of producers and distributors of electrical and electronic equipment.
