Training Centres for Apprentices

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) and Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) for refrigeration and air conditioning are industry recognised qualifications. They are based on standards of competence drawn up, developed and tested by industry itself. Each standard, against which candidates' competence is assessed, covers all aspects of practical skills and the required underpinning knowledge. They are awarded through a partnership with City & Guilds.
