BRA Fact Finder - Hazardous Waste - 10/7/2006
The British Refrigeration Association has recently published a Fact Finder “Recovered Refrigerants and Recycling under the Hazardous Waste Regulations” to give guidance on The Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 that came into force on 16th July 2005.
The guidance includes who needs to notify the Environment Agency, the movement of recovered refrigerants, record keeping and what is different about regulations in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Copies of the Fact Finder can be obtained from info@feta.co.uk
